Refund policy

Returns

Customers have 14 days after receiving their order to notify us of their intention to withdraw from the purchase.

Once this notification has been made, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the product.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be shipped with tracking. The customer remains responsible for the return shipment until it has been effectively received by SUPER NANA PRIDE.

Required Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in a condition strictly compatible with immediate resale as new.

No refund will be granted for any item that has been:

  • worn beyond simple try-on

  • stained

  • damaged

  • washed

  • altered or modified

  • returned without its original tag

  • impregnated with odors such as perfume, smoke, detergent, cooking smells, deodorant, or perspiration

  • showing signs of use or wear

  • returned incomplete

SUPER NANA PRIDE reserves the right to refuse any refund or apply a deduction corresponding to the loss in value if the item can no longer be resold as new.

Defective Items or Order Errors

If a customer receives a defective item or an item that does not correspond to the order, they must contact SUPER NANA PRIDE within 48 hours of receipt, providing supporting photos.

After verification, an appropriate solution may be offered, such as replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the withdrawal request is received.

However, the refund may be postponed until the returned goods are received or proof of shipment has been provided.
